Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate coconut almond milk blend (I use the brand Califia Farms)
  • 1/2 scoop of coconut flavor of hydrolyzed isolate protein of your choice. This is the one I use and love!
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp Monk fruit powder or stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 1/2 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Monk fruit powder or stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients except the oats on a medium size bowl
  2. On a mason jar add the oats
  3. Spoon the mix on top of the oats and close the jar with a tight-fitting lid
  4. Refrigerate for about 4-6 hours
  5. Add all the toppings before serving
