Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate coconut almond milk blend (I use the brand Califia Farms)
- 1/2 scoop of coconut flavor of hydrolyzed isolate protein of your choice. This is the one I use and love!
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp Monk fruit powder or stevia
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping
- 1/2 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp Monk fruit powder or stevia
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients except the oats on a medium size bowl
- On a mason jar add the oats
- Spoon the mix on top of the oats and close the jar with a tight-fitting lid
- Refrigerate for about 4-6 hours
- Add all the toppings before serving
