This is the time of the year when everyone has at least one social event to attend and you know the drill girl, we go through a whole production for it. From what we’re going to wear from head to toe and including accessories and makeup. The makeup application is not a big of a deal; however, it can be challenging when you apply false lashes to yourself.
For that reason, I decided to share with you 5 useful tips that will help you achieve a successful application of false lashes:
1.Put mascara on your natural lashes BEFORE applying your false lashes.
2. Once you put mascara on your own lashes, try on the false lashes before adding the glue in order to check if you need to trim them or not.
3. Don’t ever apply the lashes too close to the tear duct. If you do this, it will remove all the glue from the band and the falsies will fall off – at the worse time of course lol
4. Once you apply the false lashes, blend them with your natural lashes using your fingers, by pressing them both together. A trick that I do is using a lash curler and this does the job for you.
5. Apply mascara very gently only to the tip of your false lashes. Avoid using too much of mascara during this step; otherwise, your lashes will look clumpy.
I hope these tips are useful to you, friends! I will also link below my favorite lashes and a brief description of the type of look they are for. Enjoy and tell me, which ones are your favorite ones?
