When it comes to green smoothies, we are all afraid to get a strong green/sour kind of taste. But guess what? I’ve come up with an easy and tasteful recipe that is full of nutrients, vitamins and fiber!
2 handfuls of Spinach
1 handful of Kale
1 TBSP unsweetened almond butter
1 scoop of Vanilla flavor Isolate Whey Protein
Cinnamon – I like to put a lot!
1 1/2 cups of ice
1 TBSP ground flaxseed
Blend for 1 to 2 minutes
I’m listing an Oster blender that I use to make my smoothies below. It’s very convenient because you have the option to drink from the same cup when you’re not in the mood of adding one more thing to your pile of dishes 😉
