I am happy to share this full body workout that you can do from home and will make you sweat! It is perfect for those days when you don’t count with more than 30 minutes to workout!
This workout consists of five different exercises that will be performed in a circuit. You will perform each exercise for 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds before jumping to the next one. After you are done with all the exercises you will repeat the same circuit for two more times. At the end you should have done the circuit for a total of three times.

2. Burpees to Squat hold
3. Pop squat
4. Squat burpees with punches
5. Kneel to squat
